Frequently Asked Questions
Where are telehealth services available?
States we serve: all 50 U.S. states through the nationwide provider network of Elite Care Health, subject to provider, program, pharmacy, and state-specific requirements.
Is treatment guaranteed?
No. Completing an intake form or selecting a program does not guarantee treatment. Prescription medications are only provided when a licensed medical provider determines they are clinically appropriate.
Do I need to speak with a provider?
Your intake is reviewed by a licensed medical provider. Based on your health history, goals, treatment request, and applicable requirements, the provider may request additional information, lab work, or a consultation before making a treatment decision.
Are compounded medications FDA-approved?
No. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not evaluate compounded medications for safety, effectiveness, or quality.
Can I use Eve’s Sisters for emergency care?
No. Eve’s Sisters is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention.
Who provides the clinical care?
Clinical care is provided by licensed providers affiliated with Elite Care Health (https://elite-care.health), an independent physician group. Contact: mayur@elite-care.health, 810-348-3003.
Who handles pharmacy and prescription fulfillment?
Prescriptions are filled and shipped by Rx Ave Health (https://rxave.health), a licensed pharmacy. Contact: info@rxave.health, (833) 360-4276.
When is my card charged for medication?
A short treatment request does not charge your card. Your card may be pre-authorized in the secure enrollment flow, but medication-inclusive amounts are captured only after a licensed provider approves treatment. If treatment is declined, the pre-authorization is released.
Are refills automatic?
No. Every refill is reviewed by a licensed provider before it is issued.
Do hormone therapies require lab work?
Some hormone pathways may require lab work and ongoing provider oversight. Testosterone and other controlled substances are not offered through this site.
